Shipping Policy

  • All jewellery is custom-made and dispatched within 12–14 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary for remote or interior locations.

  • Orders are shipped only after full payment, except for COD orders.

  • Please do not accept damaged or tampered packages. We also recommend recording an unboxing video for security purposes.

  • Delivery is available only to residential or commercial addresses.

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to us.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Recipient Verification

  • Customers must provide accurate name, address, landmark, pin code, and contact number.

  • A signature and OTP verification may be required at delivery.

  • Valid ID proofs accepted:

    • Aadhar Card

    • PAN Card

    • Passport

    • Driving License

    • Voter ID

  • For third-party delivery collection, prior email authorization and ID proof are mandatory.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected countries only.

  • International orders are delivered within approximately 15 days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s import regulations.

  • Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable, may need to be paid by the recipient.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns.

  • A valid government-issued ID and reachable phone number are required for customs clearance.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Partial COD: 50% advance payment and balance on delivery.

  • COD is available only on selected pin codes and within Mumbai.

  • Maximum payable cash on delivery: ₹50,000.

  • ID proof is mandatory for selected orders.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns Accepted For:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong size or mismatched products

Return Conditions:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory

  • Product must be unused with original tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Returns are accepted within India only

  • International returns/exchanges are possible only if the customer bears shipping and customs charges

  • Customized or engraved jewellery cannot be returned, but may qualify for exchange or buyback

Refund Process:

  • Products will undergo a quality check (QC) after return pickup.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 15 working days after approval.

  • Any discount or coupon used during purchase will be adjusted from the refund value.
